Engineering Research Executive

As a technical training producer, you are the gate to every successful technical event! At this position, you are constantly exposed to industry trends and technological advancements on. You will learn industry strategies & processes, various fields of engineering trends, and developing technical survey.

Responsibilities:

	To plan, structure & design an agenda driven technical program.

	To conduct intensive internet and telephone research with senior-level executives to determine the commercial-viability in certain technical fields

	To understand key issues and challenges that senior-level executives are facing and transform these into a successful technical program.

	To identify the industry leaders in various sectors.

	To manage and control training budget and given timelines.

	To design promotional highlights for marketing purposes.

	To communicate pertinent program information to sales team

	To oversee the overall progression of each project.

Requirements:

	An excellent command of verbal & written English.

	Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree, preferable in Engineering field.

	Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

	At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the industry.

	Ability to do effective research

	Confident in dealing and tactfully negotiating with industry leaders in the Asia- Pacific region.

	Applicants must be mature, dynamic and resourceful.

	Applicants must be able to communicate well with all level and a team player.

	Applicants must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

	2 Full-Time and Contract positions available.

	Fresh graduates with CGPA >3.0 are highly encouraged to apply.

	Salary : RM2000-RM4000 + performance incentive.
