Overview

The overall maintenance contribution and participation have changed tremendously with modernization and automation of equipments. The high tech equipments require   maintenance to be as near to zero unplanned breakdowns. However, achieving the zero breakdowns in reality has been the major obstacle faced by every maintenance department. Is it really possible?

Contrary to common believes that equipment failures are inevitable; many aerospace industries have shown that with proper strategy, zero failures are possible and can be achieved. What we are lack of now is the methodologies for achieving it. This program is designed to show participants how to approach the zero breakdown strategy.
