At the dawn of Malaysian Industrialization, there were limited training suppliers available. Companies immediately signed up on whatever was available to take advantage of the HRDF fund.

In time, more trainings became available. But Managers too began to realised that not all training cultivated in a high flying employee. The standard “Off the Shelf training” did not provide the results companies needed.

Each company is an entity in itself facing different problems, and necessities. The market only offers standard courses, which does not give enough emphasis on practical knowledge and often leaves the employee full of theories but without integrated application.

More efficient training was needed! Companies sought to streamline training by operating in-house training. But the fallancy in the idea was that they STILL relied on external trainers offering the run-off the mill course structures.

Are you one of them?!
Need a solution?
